The Sun Hydraulics relief valve RDHA is difficult to set and will by-pass with in 24 hours. Is there any thing you can suggest?

There is a bullet specifically about setting the valve…

"The seals on the adjust screw are exposed to system pressure which means this valve can only be adjusted when the pressure is removed. The setting procedure is; check the setting, remove the pressure, adjust the valve, check the new setting."

There is also informtion about the "leakage" which is supposed to be only 10 drops per minute.

I am looking for a new CT10 CV30 Vickers relief valve. Do you have one in stock?

The Vickers number is 590282. We do not currently have this valve in stock. The factory lead time is 6 - 7 weeks to our warehouse. Your cost is 551.08$ (9/6/2011).

I’m adding a Vickers RV2-10-S-0-35 valve, and will need a 2500 psi or higher housing with #10 or #8 SAE ports. Can you give me the part number for the housing or for the housing / valve assembly?

We carry the RV2-10-S-0-35 which is the cartridge only.

The aluminum fatigue rated housing with the # 8 SAE port is part number 76701 and is good for pressures up to 3000 psi.

The steel fatigue rated housing with the # 8 SAE port is part number 02-175101 and is good for pressures above 3000 psi.

The 8H (aluminum) or 8T would replace the 0 in the model code but we stock the parts individually.
